Explanation of details:

Had a dream about this piece & was randomly reminded about carnivorous butterflies. Even though they don't eat human flesh, the concept was cool in my head. The flowers are forget-me-nots and Kristin's ring is around his neck. By mistake made his left hand the bitten one sorry 😭

Also if you notice closely, he has no heart :)

And I'd assume the image is something that probably haunts Wilbur's nightmares long after Phil is gone, just like it came to me in my dream. But it doesn't scare him, it's more like a sense of guilt attached to trauma.
